27agents lets you publish an AI sales agent that books meetings and runs demos on your behalf. You are responsible for what the agent is trained to say, the links you share, and the leads it produces.

You own the knowledge, documents, recordings and contact data you put in a workspace. We host it so the agent can do the job. You may export or delete it. If you close a workspace, we remove it.

The agent must not invent facts. It will dodge a question it cannot answer rather than guess. You still review the brief before you publish, and you still own the conversation with the buyer.

We may change the product, suspend abuse, or refuse a workspace that uses the agent to mislead. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
