Privacy

We keep what we need to run the product: your account email, workspace and project data, documents you upload, the knowledge the agent is trained on, bookings, contacts, and the recordings, transcripts and summaries of calls the agent takes.

That data stays inside your workspace. Teammates you invite can see it. Destinations you connect — a webhook, Slack, a CRM — receive only what you choose to send.

We do not sell it. We do not use your calls to train a public model. Sign-in is a magic link to your inbox; we do not store a password.

Questions about what we hold, or a request to delete a workspace, go to the email you signed in with — reply to any product mail and we will pick it up.
